The quality of the memory foam in this pillow is top tier. A lot of memory foam pillows either feel like a stone brick or collapse into pancake thinness after an hour of sleep. If you are a combination sleeper who rotates between your back and your side, this pillow is designed for you. With regular pillows, transitioning from back to side ruins your neck alignment.
